Naan aata flour, Organic wheat grinded in most hygiene conditions to get the purest form of Naan aata flour. METHOD : Take Naan aata in a platter and pour 200ml Milk (1/2 Glass) and ½ bowl of curd (Dahi). After that take the taste maker (in side the packet) and mix it thoroughly with the water (1/2 bowl). Put a big spoon of refined oil or cooking oil and knead it. Then cover it by wet cloth for next 30-40 minutes. After that take medium size balls of dough and prepare it in a size of naan. Note : You Can Bake it on Tawa is well as on tandoor. Special Tips : You can enjoy Better Taste of naan with dal Makhani mix vegetable, and shahi paneer.
