Instant Kulfi Faluda Dessert Mix Faluda and kulfi both are there to beat the heat. Method. 1. Heat full fat milk with water in a pan to boil. 2. Lower flame & pour the falooda mix in to it. 3. Stirring constantly allow milk to come to boil again. 4. Lower flame & cook for 8-10 min. 5. Switch off flame & mix. 6. Transfer falooda to a bowl & allow it to come to room temperature & then put it in refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours. 7. To serve falooda put 2 tbsp water melon pieces per glass - you can also put raspberry or strawberry jelly. 8. Pour rose falooda over it. 9. Put 1 scoop vanilla ice cream over it in each glass. 10. Garnish with pieces of cashew nuts & pistachios & decorate with dried rose petals. 11. falooda is ready!
